Erykah Badu is Hosting 2015 Soul Train Awards

CENTRIC announced that the 2015 SOUL TRAIN AWARDS will be hosted by legendary singer-songwriter Erykah Badu, who is also an Associate Producer of the show. The SOUL TRAIN AWARDS will be filmed on November 6th at the Orleans Arena in Las Vegas and will air on CENTRIC and BET on November 29th, 2015 at 8:00 PM EST.

Kenny “Babyface” Edmonds will receive the Legend Award while beloved Jill Scott will accept the first-ever Lady of Soul Award. Babyface’s new album, Return of the Tender Lover, will be released December 4th, just in time for Christmas. While nothing has been announced, we’re anticipating new music, poetry or film casting from Jilly from Philly.
